Mr. Paul Palandjian serves as the Senior Advisor for the UK-based Trinity Group Limited, which is a private investment banking firm founded in 1996 by Edward M. Frazer and Ford M. Fraker. Mr. Palandjian founded Somerset Equity Advisors, LLC in 2006. Somerset specializes in investment management and formed a partnership with Trinity to service a combined client roster and develop new business opportunities. For 15 years of his career, Paul worked as a principal and managing director for Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and their affiliated companies. Intercontinental operates out of Boston and serves as a real estate investment advisor with special expertise in real estate development, construction management, and asset management.

Mr. Palandjian also held positions as CFO and President of Intercontinental, and served on both the Executive and Investment Committees. Under Mr. Palandjian’s leadership, the company’s portfolio grew from approximately $200 million to over $1.4 billion across all property types. Before he joined Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian worked as a Banking Associate at the First National Bank of Boston and specialized in restructuring of distressed debt/loan workouts. Mr. Palandjian received the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award in 2004, which recognizes Boston’s top young executives. He also helped develop the Nine Zero Hotel in Boston, which was ranked number one in the world by Conde´Nast Traveler’s 2005 Gold List:

The Best by Design. In addition, Intercontinental received the National Association off Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), New England Chapter’s award for developer of the year. In addition to his duties at Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian was an active member on a number of corporate, healthcare and non-profit boards. He also serves on the Belmont Hill School Board of Trustees, and the Board of Directors of the Denis Leary Firefighter Association.

Paul is also an accomplished athlete and was a world-ranked tennis player on the ATP tour, and was a former Harvard Captain. He earned his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives with his wife, Dionne and three, beautiful children.
